House of Yes has been a client since it opened its doors in January of 2015. I design their menus, event artwork and other promotional materials.
HOUSE OF YES WALL OF BABES
This piece was a collaboration between myself and Eagle Rock Studios. It is a 12x16' decorative art piece installed over the venue's bar, which doubles as an aerial rig, to be used for dance performances at the House of Yes in Brooklyn.
I was in charge of design, while Eric Coolidge from Eagle Rock engineered the final piece and lead production. I was inspired by the metal work found in art deco architecture, as well as the space itself, which has a very art deco & art nouveau feel.
This is my second collaboration with Eagle Rock Studios, Commissioned for Bang On NYC's 2016 Time and Space NYE event. The hourglass is an interactive, 9ft tall climbable structure (12 ft with railing), which is perfect for parties. For information on renting if out contact me, firstname.lastname@example.org.

Munny Doll Display
Typographic Packaging and Display for Kid Robot's Munny Doll, inspired by the work of Neville Brody, specifically his graphic and typographic work from the early 90s. To create this display, I drew from Brody's use of negative and positive space, layering and transparency, and used the letter forms from two of his typefaces, Industria and Insignia, to construct the display (which utilized the letters in his name) and packaging (which spells out "Kid Robot Munny")
Materials Poly Acrylic Styrene
The objective of this project was to find a cheap vinegar and redesign the packaging to elevate the brand.
Objective To design packaging for a set of three flavors of candy inspired by a music genre or band. I chose three indie rock bands, The Kills, The Subways, and The White Stripes, and based flavors off the songs: Sour Cherry, Strawberry Blond and Apple Blossom.
For the graphic's of each flavor, I used photos of the smashed fruit in each song title, the insides of the boxes matching the color of the fruit. The three diamond shaped containers fit together into a hexagonal base as a multipack.
Eco-friendly light bulb packaging
Objective To design packaging for a single lightbulb which was as efficient and eco-friendly as possible, yet protective. Other challenges of this project included coming up with designs that maximized shipping quantities, minimized shelf space, and were easy to mass produce.
This solution uses a single strip of chipboard, with single side, one color printing and no adhesive. Since the package is rectangular, it can be easily packed into boxes and stacked on shelves.
